This workshop is an interactive Meditation experience. We will start with a brief overview of the history and benefits of Meditation, then move right into a series of 4-5 guided Meditation experiences, along with breaks for gentle stretching using common Yoga poses.

When we think of love and relationships we never consider it to mean loving and having a healthy relationship with ourselves. Would you say the things you say to yourself to a best friend, child, or parent? We are our own worst critic and we treat ourselves with harshness that is unknown to others. To live happily, we must have a peaceful and healthy relationship with our body and mind.
In this workshop you will learn techniques to recognize your negative emotions and move past the judgement and criticisms we inflict upon ourselves. Empower yourself by reclaiming your health and declaring your own authentic beauty. We will identify environmental and societal contributions to the progression of negative body image and learn how we can reaffirm our thoughts. Self-love is important and you deserve to experience it.
