In this 90-minute workshop, we will explore Restorative Yoga poses using props to support the body in postures of comfort & relaxation to facilitate your health & wellbeing. Restorative Yoga poses allow the body to completely relax and gently stretch, creating an environment for the body to release, relax, and reset.
The poses will be explained and demonstrated before each student will experience it. Restorative Yoga is an excellent practice for those looking to reduce stress, let go from the outside world, and experience peace, stillness, and healing in their body, mind, and spirit.
This workshop is excellent for all levels of Yoga experience. Space is limited!
