New to yoga or not this workshop series is for you! Every BODY is different and what works for one may not work for another. We will spend a portion of our time breaking down the more common poses that you will find in yoga classes and finding how each pose works best for your body. I invite you to come to the workshop with any additional poses you may have questions about or are unsure if you are getting the most out of them for your body.
We will also take the time to go over the many different props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, etc.) that can be used in yoga classes. These props can be used to make poses and transitions gentler on the body, though they can also be used to create deeper openings in the body as well.
