Join Sarah to take your mind, body, and breath connection to a different level. In this workshop, we will spend time working on the following poses: headstand (tripod and forearm), crow pose (with potential variations), and standing balance transitions. We will also focus on short flows to help condition the body for these poses, as well as how to work on these poses safely on your own if you desire.
This is a beginner/intermediate level workshop. We suggest you have a working yoga and/or fitness practice. If you are unsure if this workshop is a good fit for you, please reach out to us.
