This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience. Join Sarah for a journey into the mind and body. We will learn how to create space and length in the body through stillness and relaxation of our muscles while keeping our mind focused on our breath and the releasing of the body. Blankets, bolsters, pillows and blocks will be used and provided to support our body in poses on our mats to help us relax the muscles and melt into each pose for 1.5-3 minutes. Through verbal guidance and different techniques we will work to keep our minds clear of any outside thoughts or distractions and work to keep our mind focused inward.
