In this 90-minute workshop we will explore Restorative Yoga poses using props to support the body in postures of comfort to facilitate relaxation and health. We will manipulate the body to relax and become at ease using blankets, bolsters, and blocks.
The poses will be explained and demonstrated before each student will experience it. Restorative Yoga poses take the weight of the body off awareness of stretching and creates an environment for the body to release and reduce stress.
After this class, you will be able to perform a 20-minute at-home sequence that will bring you creativity, happiness, and health. This workshop is excellent for all levels of Yoga experience. Space is limited!
