This workshop is an interactive Meditation experience. We will start with a brief overview of the history and benefits of Meditation, then move right into a series of 4-5 guided Meditation experiences, along with breaks for gentle stretching using common Yoga poses. Specific types of Meditation we will explore include:
Silent Meditation, silent Mantras, spoken Mantras, Mediation with musical accompaniment, guided Meditation, journaling, and discussion/feedback sessions.
This is gentle movement suitable for all levels.
