Come and set your intentions for 2019! The workshop will begin with gentle yoga to get you moving and connect with your body. From there, we will pause for Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) to reflect and relax our mind and body.
Then we will dive deep into the purpose of the class and yoga therapy. We will help you discover your heart's true desire for the upcoming year and create a plan to put into action. When you set an intention, you begin to manifest your dreams and put what you have been longing to achieve into action. Improve your relationships, love, self-improvement, or career, and connect with your emotional, physical, or psychological self.
