Stretching Body and Mind
We will start our afternoon together moving our bodies through a Gentle Stretch-Flow class (45 min), move into a Restorative Yoga Pose (15 min) to relax and release. Then we will get a cup of tea and settle in to stretch our minds for an open, unstructured, shared conversation on the book of the month.
The books will be based on self-care, personal growth, and Yoga beyond the mat.
Come stretch, relax and learn more about who you are, or want to be on and off the mat. Book Club will meet the first Sunday of each month at 1PM.
Our December book of the month is This Messy Magnificent Life by Geneen Roth.
